Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

• Before the order is shipped
• Within 12 hours of placing the order

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If the order is cancelled successfully:

• The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Mukizh Fashions reserves the right to cancel orders if:

• The product is out of stock
• There is a pricing error
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions are detected

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
